There’s a lot of buzz around the connection of the gut to disease, as well as general health and wellbeing. Research is still uncovering the real depths of these connections, however we do know a fair bit already when it comes to the importance of good gut health. Did you know that good gut health helps you avoid issues such as bloating, lethargy, stress, skin problems, digestive issues, anxiety and depression.
Where does this leave us when it comes to achieving optimal gut health and wellness? Well this workshop being held by Chiza Westcarr (a nutritionist and skin specialist) would be a good starting point. She promises a night of both relaxation and education.
A disclaimer – Westcarr is a promoter of metagenic supplements so expect these to be rolled out on the night, however I will say that these are the only brand of probiotics that have personally made a difference to my gut health, so it’s probably a win win on that front.
