6 Week Embody and Nutrition Program, starting Friday 12 May.
The kind folks at Embody have allowed us access to their beautiful fitness sanctuary in Neutral Bay for a 6-week women only program to be paired with a nutritionist talk on various topics. No Embody membership necessary.
Each week we will have a studio to ourselves with an instructor to test out a different 1-hour class, including several of their signature classes. This will be followed by a 45 minutes’ nutrition talk on six different topics tailored to busy mums, with plenty of time for questions. This will be a fitness and wellbeing journey with friends from your local community, in a beautiful calm surround, to kick start a new health journey for some, or to introduce some variety and knowledge to others who are already active. Nutrition topics covered include: Nutrition basics, Finding your healthy weight, Healthy happy hormones, Get your glow on, Improving your energy and Strength and Nutrition for Anti-ageing, inside and out.
