Each of these recipes have been created with a special selection of ingredients to promote good gut health.

Each recipe contains the all important fibre, prebiotics and probiotics to keep our digestive tract regular and to feed our good gut bacteria and make it thrive. The recipes also contain a good amount of healthy fats, protein, wholegrains and nutrients. Red meat is kept to a minimum as it can be hard to digest during bouts of an inflamed stomach. Polyphenols have been included for their prebiotic value as well as their anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties which promote improved gut health. Vitamin C is one of the best treatments alongside antibiotics and preventative actions for chronic gastritis or a H.Pylori bacteria infection.

Added sugar has been kept to a minimum as this can exacerbate an inflamed stomach, using natural sugars for sweetness. Likewise we have relied upon whole foods from nature to ensure maximum nutritional value in every meal.
