I loved the look of this recipe as soon as I saw it. Cacao nibs are the best for a sweet tooth (basically chocolate before the sugar is added!) and the amount of whole, nutrient rich imgredients added to this brownie recipe is insane. Dates, postachios, walnuts, coconut oil and cinammon. Holy wow thats quite the nutritious lineup!! What a protein punch this beauty delivers.
I have to say, after making it yesterday, it didn’t disappoint. A taste sensation full of goodness. A word of warning… its quite crumbly but that just means you need to inhale those crumbs quick smart (any excuse!). I kept mine in the freezer to keep it together a little better, also good for hiding from the rest of the family. Adding some nut butter would probably help too.
