Summer and iceblocks (or popsicles as they are known outside of Australia) don’t have to equal sugar. The store bought variety are too laden with sugar and additives for my liking. But there are a lot of healthy and tasty options for kids and adults alike which you can pull together pretty easily.
They also have the added benefit of sneaking in a few different fruit and veg for the kids that they wouldn’t usually try (willingly at least!). And the kids just LOVE whipping these up in the kitchen and checking the freezer every hour to see of they have set. Best of all most only have 2-3 ingredients..
