- 1 red unpeeled apple, coarsely grated
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon LSA mix
- 1 tablespoon flaked almonds
- 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- A pinch of cinnamon
- ½ cup full fat milk
- Mix all ingredients together well and place in an airtight container.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning top with additional fruit of your choice such as berries, and a dollop of greek yoghurt,
