Bottom line, all information on Nourishe is written in a way that is easy to understand whilst providing comfort that the content is based on good old fashioned research and science. Like everyone we like reading about a new bit of woo, but we’ll be sure to tell you when a new trend is more fiction than fact.
I’m a university qualified Clinical Nutritionist with experience in general nutrition, weight management, sports nutrition, nutrition education, and nutrition for bubs and kids. I’m a Jamie Oliver Food Ambassador, keen to make a difference in the eating habits and health at a community level. I’ve also studied high Performance sport and have a passion for all things fitness. You’ll find me managing 5 different kids sports teams on any given weekend. I also have a degree in Economics and over 20 years experience in business management, eCommerce, and marketing.
I’m an avid researcher of all new wellness tricks, tips and hacks, so be prepared to learn about why you need a jade roller on your nightstand, and what exactly you should be doing with that lump of charcoal.
I’m also a forty something mother of two, so like all busy mum’s I’m looking for the golden egg when it comes to balancing all the balls in the air, ageing well (naturally) and keeping up with the kids.
- Nutrition should be presented in a way that is easy to understand whilst providing comfort that the content is based on scientifically proven research
- My approach is a sensible and balanced planning for achievable, successful and sustainable changes in dietary and wellness habits, rather than fads, diets or detoxes
- When it comes to my nutrition coaching, my goal is always to teach clients how to properly fuel their bodies for long lasting healthy food habits, to achieve their own goals, and maintain optimal health.
